Dry white wine

turkey broth

cooked wild rice

cooked mixed quinoa

dried cranberries

chopped pecans
Instructions
Cook the wild rice and quinoa seperately, and put aside.
Combine onions, garlic, pecans and spices and pan fry in the olive oil.
Add the Granny Smith apples and th cranberries to the pan.
Slowly add the white wine, and then the turkey broth to the mixture,
Let cook until everything is tender and the liquid is simmered out.
Serve with fresh parsley!
