One of my fave healing remedies for pain and inflammation!
Turmeric is a golden-yellow spice originally from India. It is definitely one of my go-to’s as it is so multi-talented!! I recommend it to my clients that need an anti-inflammatory for symptoms of arthritis, joint and muscle pain, and even just pain in general.
