An amazing concoction for gut and joint health. Use this bone broth recipe for the base of any soup or stew. Just add vegetables or coconut milk to base. Feel free to use chicken, turkey, fish or beef (bone-in) instead!

  1. Prepare all of your produce.
  2. Place all ingredients in a stock pot and simmer for 4-8 hours.
  3. Let cool and strain all produce. Remove all bones, and cartilage pieces, until you are left with a clear broth.
  4. Keep the meat and soft veggies and use for another meal!
  5. Use old containers or breastmilk storage bags to freeze broth for future use!
